It's wierd that they would jump from NW (which is for people with cooler/pinker undertones) to C. The lettering/numbering seems backwards to me, but I always think about it like NC= "not cool" and NW= "not warm".
From what I understand, NC and NW stand for neutral-cool and neutral-warm.
